flashdist adapters

OpenBSD supports most USB to CF adapters. Very few, if any, do not work these days. Unfortunately, several more exotic adapters, such as ones designed to support more flash types than CF, may or may not work (especially if you are using a flash type other than CF.) OpenBSD support fluctuates as drivers change, so the OpenBSD version number last tested is provided. The "SanDisk ImageMate 8 in 1" is the only flash adapter that I currently have, the rest are reports from other users.

  3. SanDisk FlashPath Floppy-SM "SDDR-21" does not work (3.2)
  4. SanDisk ImageMate USB-CF "SDDR-31" works (3.2)
  5. SanDisk ImageMate USB 8 in 1 "SDDR-88"works (3.7)
  6. SanDisk ImageMate USB-CF "SDDR-91" works (3.3) broken?? (3.5)
  7. SanDisk ImageMate USB-CF "SanDisk, ImageMate II, 1.30" works (3.4)
  8. SanDisk (and probably any other brand) PCMCIA to CF adapter works (3.7)
  9. Dane-elec USB-CF does not work (3.3)
  10. OmniFlash IDE Uno4 IDE-4Types works (3.4)
  11. PCengines IDE-CF CFDISK works (3.3)
