These images are ready to write to disk or flash. Use cfgflashrd from the flashrd distribution to configure each image and use growimg to write them to flash.
The images here are built with a full OpenBSD distribution, minus the X sets. That includes base46.tgz, comp46.tgz, etc46.tgz, game46.tgz, man46.tgz, and misc46.tgz.

These images default to root on wd0 (IDE disk, Compact Flash) and PC console. To move to root on sd0 (AHCI ATA disk, USB flash) and/or enable serial console, you must run cfgflashrd from an OpenBSD system to reconfigure the image!
