1. What network performance parameters should be recommended for
connection processing performance on connections through ISDNs?

Note - Items such as blocking, connection processing delays, connection
failure, etc., should be covered by this study.

2. What network performance parameters should be recommended for packet
mode information transfer through ISDNs?

Note - Items such as data packet delay, throughput capacity, etc.,
should be covered by this study.

3. What reference connections should be used in the consideration of
values for these parameters?

4. What values and measurement conditions should be recommended for
connection processing and for packet mode information transfer
performance through ISDNs?

Note - To be studied in close liaison with Study Groups II and VII.

5. What guidance can be given to the other competent Study Groups
regarding compliance with the recommended values?

Note - In due course, other transfer modes (e.g., additional packet
mode, Asynchronous Transfer Mode) should be considered under this
Question.
