Question 1/XVIII - General aspects of ISDN

Considering

(a) the existing Recommendations on digital networks and ISDN;

(b) that the work on systems and services carried out by other Study
Groups has an impact on ISDN studies;

(c) that Study Group XVIII has overall responsibility for the continuing
studies of ISDN;

the following should be studied:

1. What amendments are required to the structure of the Recommendations
on digital networks and ISDNs?

2. What new or revised Recommendations are needed to address issues not
included in other Questions?

3. What guidance should be given to ensure coordination of ISDN studies,
including network operation and maintenance aspects?
