Considering

that transmission planning based on loudness ratings will be widely
adopted for networks which are growing increasingly complex,

the following Question should be studied:

What changes and additions involving loudness ratings are necessary in
the G-Series Recommendations, especially in G.111 and G.121, in order to
ensure an adequate overall transmission quality?
