Question 10/X1 - Evolution of the ISDN User Part

Considering

(a) that the ISDN User Part Recommendations have been issued and
approved by the Plenary Assembly as being stable for 64 kbits switched
services;

(b) that the ISDN User Part Recommendations containing the procedures
for circuit switched services have been finalized;

(c) that other bearers may be added to the Recommendations taking into
account that the existing procedures should remain stable;

(d) that there is a need to add supplementary services associated with
circuit switched services to the ISDN User Part;

(e) that there may be a need to correct technical errors;

(f) that there is a need to identify within the existing Recommendations
those procedures and elements which are applicable on the signalling
sections between international gateways,

What amendments to existing Recommendations and what additional
Recommendations are required?
