(b) a number of telecommunication applications require transmission
rates higher than narrow-band ISDN;

(c) some existing broadband services use analogue leased lines with
lower than the required Quality of Service,

the following should be studied:

What new and existing broadband services should be defined to be
offered on the ISDN?
